
GM Holden reveals 2011 Grand Master Dealer Award winners
HOLDEN has announced the winners of its 2011 ‘Grand Masters’ dealership recognition program. A Grand Masters title is handed out to 32 dealerships each year across Holden’s national retail network of 244 outlets.Holden says the Grand Masters program assesses dealerships on sales excellence, customer satisfaction, service delivery, parts performance and “astute business management”.
Holden chairman and managing director Mike Devereux said the winners of the ‘GM’ program “consistently exceeded expectations – they go above and beyond in the name of sales excellence and customer satisfaction”.
“This award is not handed out lightly,” he said. “It is an indication of the dealer’s commitment to an exceptional quality experience for each and every customer, on every occasion.
“I’m incredibly proud of these guys.”
